Итоги семинара «Участие оценщика в судебном процессе» в г. Новосибирске

В чем различие прав и обязанностей судебного эксперта и оценщика, что нового принес в процедуру судебного процесса Кодекс административного судопроизводства от 08 марта 2015г., какие изменения в практике применения Арбитражными судами законодательства об экспертизе рассмотрены в Постановлении Пленума ВАС № 23 от 04 апреля 2014г. – все эти вопросы были рассмотрены на семинаре «Участие оценщика в судебном процессе», который был организован Новосибирским РО РОО и прошел 07 апреля текущего года.
Ведущие семинара – опытные оценщики, имеющие обширную практику в качестве судебных экспертов, Консетова Вера Витальевна (г. Санкт-Петербург) и Топал Елена Геннадьевна (г. Екатеринбург), создали деловую, рабочую обстановку, привлекли присутствующих к активному обсуждению сложных вопросов в работе судебных экспертов. Проведен обзор и анализ существующих нормативных актов и текстов проектов планируемых изменений законодательства, разобраны практические примеры, сложные ситуации и пути выхода из них. Заданные конкретные вопросы участников семинара не оставили коллег равнодушными и тут же были разобраны «по косточкам» с предложением нескольких возможных сценариев и вариантов действия судебного эксперта или специалиста-оценщика.
Особое внимание ведущие уделили участию оценщика в судебном процессе в качестве привлекаемого свидетеля. Все тонкости поведения, подготовки к заседанию, стратегии поведения и тактики ответов на возможные вопросы судьи либо сторон по делу были подробно проговорены и обсуждены присутствующими на семинаре.
Участники мероприятия отметили, что состоялось очень полезное общение уже действующих судебных экспертов из Новосибирского регионального отделения РОО и специалистов, только начинающих свою деятельность в этом качестве. Подобные встречи и живое общение с опытными специалистами всегда приносят реальную пользу и являются лучшим подспорьем в практической деятельности, связанной с судеб
